Mall Operations Executive (based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities:
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of statutes e.g. Housing Developers Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Complex Operations
  • Assist in preparation of monthly report and any other ad-hoc matters
  • Supervise and oversee the maintenance, car park operations and housekeeping department, including execution of duty roaster and work orders.
  • Handle tenants’ complaints and provide service to tenants to ensure that all operational issues are attended to
  • Assist and coordinate with other departments in ensuring smooth daily operational of the mall activities
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in shopping mall preferably with tenants fit out or mall operations department.
  • Experienced in event management would be an added advantage
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
