A second exit ramp is now open to motorists heading towards Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) from the Tropicana City Mall in Petaling Jaya.

Dijaya Corporation Bhd has spent RM10mil on the ramp and there will be an extension of the slip road from the mall leading to the Damansara-Puchong Highway and SS2.

Dijaya opened the first ramp, costing RM19mil in March 2009, connecting Tropicana City and Jalan Damansara Lama.

According to a Dijaya representative, these improvements have been made to ease traffic flow around the mall as well as provide greater convenience to shoppers.

There are five access and exit points to and from the mall.

The mall was opened in December 2008 and has an occupancy rate of 88%.

It will continue to see more improvements after new tenants and residents move into the Tropicana City Office Tower and Tropicana City Tropics serviced suites.
