Dijaya Corporation Bhd, the developer of Tropicana City Mall here has opened a second ramp from the mall.

The new ramp connects shoppers from the mall to Sprint Highway, leading towards Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and NKVE, bringing the total exit points to six.

The developer has invested RM10 million on the second ramp and RM19 million on the first ramp, which connects shoppers to Jalan Damansara Lama, a road that leads to Taman Tun and Bandar Utama. The first ramp was opened in March last year.

"In addition, Dijaya has also built a dedicated 500m lane or a third lane in front of the mall and an 80-90m acceleration lane adjacent to the last exit of the mall." said a representative of the company.

The mall, which opened in December 2008, currently has an occupancy rate of 88%.

"With the completion of the two ramps, the Tropicana City Office Tower and Tropicana City Tropics serviced suites, the mall will continue to see more improvements after the new tenants and residents have moved in," she added.
